asked the Minister for Finance when the Office of Public Works employees in Howth, Dublin 13, and Dún Laoghaire, County Dublin, will be written to as indicated in reply to Parliamentary Question No. 83 of Tuesday, 29 November 1988, as they are concerned about their future employment.

The Commissioners of Public Works have now written to all the employees at the various harbours, including Howth and Dún Laoghaire to advise them of their position following the transfer of the harbours to the Department of the Marine from 1 January 1989.
