The question of responsibility for Balbriggan and Skerries Harbours will be examined in the context of a review of the Harbours Acts, 1946 to 1976 which I hope to put in train as soon as possible but it is probable that transfer of responsibility for the harbours to the relevant local authority will be proposed.
