asked the Minister for the Environment, given that the advice received by Tralee Urban District Council in relation to the construction of a culvert at Denny Street, Tralee, County Kerry in 1975, has proven to be deficient and that modifications costing £150,000 are necessary, if he will carry out an inquiry or investigation into the reasons for the original deficient advice given to Tralee Urban District Council.
