asked the Minister for the Environment in relation to the refurbishment scheme for the Cherry Orchard Estate, Ballyfermot, Dublin 10, whether he has agreed a time plan with Dublin Corporation for the completion of the refurbishment scheme; if so, the target date by which the entire estate will be refurbished; if any funds have been made available or promised for (a) the remainder of 1989 (b) for 1990 and (c) for the following years; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

I would refer the Deputy to my reply on 16 November, 1988. Since then, £4.4 million was allocated to the corporation for spending by them on their approved projects this year under the remedial works scheme.
