State Property (Gifts to Government Officials) Bill, 1989: First Stage.

I move:

That leave be granted to introduce a Bill entitled an Act to provide for the vesting in the Minister for Finance as State property of gifts made to certain officials by virtue of their office and to provide for other matters connected therewith.
