That, pursuant to section 2 of the Defence (Amendment) (No. 2) Act, 1960 (No. 44 of 1960), Dáil Éireann approves of the dispatch of a contingent of the Permanent Defence Force for service outside the State as part of the Military Observer Component of the United Nations, Transitional Assistance Group in Namibia which, pursuant to a Resolution on Namibia adopted by the Security Council of the United Nations on the 15th day of February, 1989, has been established by that Council.
