Under the 1988 annual grants scheme to national governing bodies of sport operated by my Department, grants were allocated to 16 national governing bodies to assist towards the cost of employing an administrator or coach. The organisations which were grantaided under the above scheme, together with the amount of the grants, and the position held by the appointed person, are outlined in the following schedule.
