Vol. 388 No. 3

Fisheries (Amendment) Bill, 1989: First Stage.

I move:

That leave be granted to introduce a Bill entitled an Act to repeal the Fisheries (Amendment) (No. 2) Act, 1987.

Is the Bill opposed?

In that case, the debate is adjourned, in accordance with Standing Orders, to the next day on which Private Members' Business is taken.

Agreed and ordered accordingly.

Are we finished with the Order of Business?

Not at all but Deputy Pattison was entitled to move that Bill before the Order of Business was agreed.
