asked the Minister for the Marine the reason for the delay in making a decision on an application for a Harbour Works Order sought by Galway Harbour Commissioners which was the subject of Parliamentary Question No. 18 of 3 May 1988 and No. 38 of 2 February 1989; and if his attention has been drawn to the hold-up of major development work in Galway city pending the approval of this order; and if he will make a decision in the matter.
