An application for a Class C driving test was received by my Department for the person in question, on 27 September 1988. An acknowledgment was issued to him on the same day. The record of this person's application also shows that a driving test has been arranged for him for Wednesday 24 May at 2 p.m., notification of which was issued to him by my Department on 21 April 1989.
