Has the estimated cost of £10 million for such a service been provided for in the Estimates and, if not, does the Minister of State envisage a Supplementary Estimate? Further, does he envisage that Gaeltacht television will depend on the MMDS system as the sole means of distribution in view of some doubt as to its ability to penetrate to some of the Gaeltacht regions?
