The only Act passed by the Houses of the Oireachtas relating to my Department and which has not yet come into operation is the Oil Pollution of the Sea (Civil Liability and Compensation) Act, 1988, which provides for Ireland's participation in the International Oil Pollution Compensation Fund (IOPCF).
The four separate ministerial orders which are required to bring the Act into operation will be made shortly.

It would not be practicable, having regard to the time available and the extent of legislation for which my Department are responsible, to compile the information requested by the Deputy.
