Because of the very large number of applications for extensions and new school buildings, I made it a priority on entering office to provide only essential permanent classroom accommodation.
This approach has meant that it has been possible to progress many applications for classroom accommodation and has led to substantial backlog of cases being cleared.
Until financial circumstance permit, I am not in a position to say when a general purpose room will be provided for Bekan national school.
