Vol. 392 No. 3

Written Answers. - County Meath School.

163.

asked the Minister for Education when she expects work to commence on the extension to Dunboyne national school, County Meath; if it is necessary to obtain planning permission for the revisions to this extension; if so, when planning permission was applied for and obtained; and when work will commence.

Revised planning permission in respect of an extension of two classrooms at Dunboyne national school, County Meath was received on 18 October 1989 having been sought on 8 September 1989. The preparation of the tender documents for the project will be completed at the earliest possible date. The question of the invitation of tenders will then arise for consideration and a decision will be conveyed to the school authorities in this regard.

I am not in a position, at this stage, to say when building works will commence.
