A draft of the legislation for the setting up of the Milk Agency, which has been prepared by the parliamentary draftsman, has been circulated to the various interested organisations for their views. As soon as the consultations with the organisations are completed the final version of the Bill will be prepared and I will then have it introduced in the Houses of the Oireachtas as quickly as possible.
