It is understood from Kildare County Council, who are statutorily entrusted with administration of the higher education grants scheme in the applicant's area, that the reckonable income in her case renders her eligible to receive a grant of full lecture fees only. The question of payment of maintenance, at the adjacent of non-adjacent rate, therefore, does not arise in this instance.
