The land in the name of the Minister for Health on the Navan Road, amounts to 15 acres. Three acres of this land is being transferred to the Commissioners of Public Works and approximately 5.8 acres is required by Telecom Éireann.
It is intended that the balance of 6.2 acres will be offered for sale on the open market in the near future.
