That Dáil Éireann approves the terms of the Protocol on the Privileges and Immunities of the European Telecommunications Satellite Organisation (EUTELSAT), done at Paris on the 13th February, 1987, copies of which were laid before Dáil Éireann on 13th September, 1989.
