With your permission, a Cheann Comhairle, I wish to raise on the Adjournment the importance of filling the remaining vacancies on the Higher Education Authority in view of the fact that there is only a bare quorum in the membership of the body at present and that they may not be able to function at their meeting on 20 December if a quorum is not present.
