I move:
That, notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders, the Resolution of the Dáil of 20 July 1989, restoring the Building Control Bill 1984, to the Order Paper be amended as follows:
by the deletion of all words after "Building Control Bill 1984" and the substitution thereof of
", (Sections 1 to 5 inclusive of which had been disposed of in Committee prior to the dissolution of the Dáil on 25 May 1989) be restored to the Order Paper and that Committee proceedings shall be resumed at the commencement of Section 6.
