Supplementary Estimates, 1989. - Business of Dáil.

It is proposed, notwithstanding the order of the Dáil today that business shall be interrupted at 11 p.m. and in the case of the Supplementary Estimates being taken today, the following arrangements shall apply: 1. Votes 35, 44, 43 and 13, if not previously concluded, shall be brought to a conclusion at 7 p.m., 9.30 p.m., 10.30 p.m. and 11 p.m. respectively; 2. Vote 33 shall be taken at 8.30 p.m. without debate; 3. Speakers shall be confined to the main spokesperson nominated by each of the groups (as defined in Standing Order 89) whose speeches shall not exceed ten minutes in each case and the speech of the Minister replying shall not exceed five minutes except in the case of Vote 13 where the spokespersons and the Minister's reply shall not exceed five minutes; 4. If a division is challenged on any of the Votes, it shall be taken forthwith.
