While I would welcome any development in the area of educational broadcasting, progress is dependent on the requisite resources being available. In view of the heavy financial commitments in the educational sector overall and the constraints on public expenditure generally, it would not be feasible, as of now, to undertake any commitments in the educational broadcasting area.
