Vol. 394 No. 6

Written Answers. - Domestic Refuse Collection Service.

22.

asked the Minister for the Environment if, in view of the importance to the environment of a regular domestic refuse collection service, he intends to take steps to ensure that all local authorities offer such a service; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

Decisions in relation to the provision of domestic waste collection services, including the frequency and extent of such services, are matters for the local authorities concerned.
