78 Mr. Quinn asked the Minister for Education if any proposals have been made to her Department by any existing or proposed third level educational facilities involving links of any kind with the University of Navarre; and, if so, if she will outline the nature of these proposals.
I am not aware of any proposals involving links with the University of Navarre.
There are opportunities for third level institutions to establish links with institutions in other EC countries under the Erasmus and Comett Programmes. In addition, individual colleges have private contacts in relation to research. The approval of the Minister for Education is not required for such contacts.
