Vol. 395 No. 3

Written Answers. - Commonwealth Parliamentary Organisation.

Michael Moynihan

Question:

80 Mr. Moynihan asked the Minister for Foreign Affairs if Ireland should be represented at observer status at the next meeting of the Commonwealth Parliamentary Organisation; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

It is not the practice for this country to be represented at meetings of the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association. I understand that this practice will continue to apply.
