Question:156 Mr. Quinn asked the Minister for the Environment the names of the approved non-profit and voluntary organisations which have received capital assistance for the provision of rented accommodation under the capital assistance scheme announced in March 1984; the amounts of capital loan assistance approved and paid out in each case during 1988 and 1989; the number of dwellings provided under the descriptions new building or by way of conversion of existing buildings; the main categories of persons housed in the approved projects in 1988 and 1989; and the total number of dwellings for which funding assistance has been sanctioned since the commencement of the scheme.
