29 Mr. Kavanagh asked the Minister for Energy if, in respect of Bord Gáis Éireann, he will give for each year from 1986 to date (a) the income/turnover, (b) the trading profit tax, (c) the number of employees and (d) the amount spent in service of debt.
The information requested by the Deputy in respect of the years 1986, 1987 and 1988 is available from the annual report and accounts published by Bord Gáis Éireann which is available in the Oireachtas Library. The annual report and accounts for 1989 has not yet been published and it would not be appropriate for me to comment on its contents.
