92 Mrs. T. Ahearn asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if it is his intention to reintroduce the sixty day pre-movement test in an effort to deal with the TB crisis in our herds; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

I understand from the director of ERAD that the adequacy of the existing 120 pre-movement test is under review. However, a final decision has not yet been made in the matter.
