92 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for the Environment if persons (details supplied) in County Kildare will qualify for a mortgage subsidy, having regard to the fact that they fulfilled all the requirements at the time they purchased their house; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

A mortgage subsidy cannot be allowed to the persons in question as an application had not been received before the closing date — 6 March 1987.
