Question:172 Mr. Dukes asked the Minister for Tourism and Transport the number of commissioned reports which he is currently awaiting from committees, commissions, inter-departmental committees and working groups.
Written Answers. - Commissioned Reports.
I am awaiting reports from two working groups namely: working group to review the Road Transport Act, 1932; and working group to consider the options of light rail and busway in relation to the former Harcourt Street railway line and between Tallaght and the city centre.
I will also be getting further reports from the inter-departmental committee to review access to road and rail transport for mobility handicapped persons which to date has furnished two reports.
