Vol. 397 No. 7

Written Answers. - Wexford School Repairs.

Brendan Howlin

Question:

94 Mr. Howlin asked the Minister for Education when the repairs which are urgently needed at St. John of God School, the Faythe, Wexford, will be sanctioned by her Department.

The school authorities of St. John of God national school, The Faythe, Wexford, have requested grant aid for an extensive scheme of improvements to the school. My Department's professional advisers have reported on the matter and the question of grant aid is being considered at present in the context of the available capital resources. A decision will be conveyed to the school authorities as early as possible.
