Question:

122 Mr. McCartan asked the Minister for the Marine if a final decision has now been made with regard to the future use of the yacht club premises on the West Pier, Howth, Dublin 13; if he will set out the terms of any agreement made, the facilities or arrangements which will be made or reserved for fishermen's use; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

A final decision on the future use of the premises referred to has been made. The arrangements agreed will result in certain accommodation within the building being made available for fishermen's use. It is not the practice to give details of contract of lease.
