82 Mr. O'Donoghue asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when the division of a commonage at Dooks, Glenbeigh, County Kerry for persons (details supplied) in County Kerry will be finalised; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

Efforts to get the agreement of all the shareholders to the division of this commonage were not successful. Proceedings for compulsory division have been initiated.
