47 Mr. Cowen asked the Minister for Finance if a C2 sub-contractors certificate will issue to a person (details supplied) in County Offaly.

I have been advised by the Revenue Commissioners that a C2 sub-contractors certificate was issued to the taxpayer on 6 April 1990.
