Question:72 Mr. Crowley asked the Minister for Education if she will freeze all fee increases and fee proposals in University College, Cork until an urgent review of university funding is undertaken; when she expects to have a response to the Higher Education Authority proposals; if she is prepared to assess areas within universities where finance and personnel could be more beneficially utilised; and if she will set up a committee to draw up a five year developmenmt plan for University College, Cork to meet the challenge of the 1990s.
