The Review of the Restrictive Practices (Groceries) Order, 1987 has not taken place. This is partly due to the increased volume of work imposed on the Fair Trade Commission by referrals of mergers to them during the past few months.
The usual practice after reviews of this kind have been completed is to publish the outcome of the review.
