Question:78 Mr. D. Ahern asked the Minister for Finance when the tax free allowance certificate will issue to a person (details supplied) in County Louth; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

I have been advised by the Revenue Commissioners that certificates of tax-free allowances issued to the taxpayer and her employer on 8 May, 1990.
The taxpayer may not have received the certificate which issued on 8 May because of a recent change of address. The inspector has arranged to issue a certificate to the address quoted in the question. This new certificate will issue within the next ten days.
