Question:111 Mr. Sherlock asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if a person (details supplied) in County Donegal currently holds a milk quota in relation to lands leased from a person (details supplied) in County Donegal.

As the lease of the land and quota attached by the person named expired on 31 March 1990, in accordance with the quota regulations they reverted to the owner of the land with effect from 1 April 1990.
