Vol. 399 No. 7

Written Answers. - Blennerville (Kerry) Bridge Construction.

Dick Spring

Question:

110 Mr. Spring asked the Minister for the Environment when Kerry County Council will be granted approval in order to commence the building of a new bridge at Blennerville, Tralee, County Kerry.

Revised outline technical proposals for improvements to the N86 at Blennerville, including the provision of a new bridge, have been received from the local authority. A decision on these proposals will be issued shortly.

A decision on the commencement of construction will arise only after detailed design, contract documentation and any statutory procedures have been finalised.
