Question:97 Mr. Cotter asked the Minister for Finance when payment of a VAT refund will issue to a person (details supplied) in County Monaghan; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

I am informed by the Revenue Commissioners that the claim in question has been approved for payment and that a cheque in settlement will issue shortly.
