Vol. 399 No. 8

Written Answers. - Galway Probate Office Delays.

Charles Flanagan

Question:

112 Mr. Flanagan asked the Minister for Justice if his attention has been drawn to the delays in dealing with applications through the District Probate Registry in Galway; and the steps, if any, he proposes to take to resolve this problem.

The delays in the Probate Registry, Galway, have arisen because of limited industrial action by some staff there. Efforts are being made to resolve the matter.
