27 Mr. Rabbitte asked the Minister for Tourism and Transport if his approval has been sought by Aer Rianta for a proposal to take over the Great Southern Hotel Group; if he will approve this proposal; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

I received a proposal from Aer Rianta in relation to the Great Southern Hotels last week. I have not yet completed my consideration of this proposal.
