115 Mr. O'Shea and Mr. Deasy asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if he will formulate a register of all horses in the country utilising an identification system, such as tattooing, so that owners of stray horses can be readily identified and prosecuted.

I have no plans for the establishment of such a register of horses.
