Question:

154 Mr. Deenihan asked the Minister for Justice if the Government have plans to introduce legislation to make it illegal to sell or offer for sale tickets for sporting, cultural or other events at prices higher than these stipulated on the official ticket.

It is not clear that legislation on the lines mentioned would be a matter for the Minister for Justice. In any event, I have no proposals for such legislation.
