86 Mr. Lowry asked the Minister for the Environment if he intends to issue approval of the plans and design for Monareabla Group Water Scheme, Thurles, County Tipperary, which was submitted by Tipperary North Riding County Council; the grant allocation for this scheme; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

The design of this scheme has been approved by Tipperary (NR) County Council. Grants will be allocated following receipt from the group of evidence that their tax affairs are in order.
