Companies (Amendment) Bill, 1990: Allocation of Time.

It is proposed by agreement that in the case of the Companies (Amendment) Bill, 1990, and notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders, the proceedings on the Committee and remaining Stages of the Bill shall be brought to a conclusion in accordance with the following timetable: sections 1 to 15, inclusive, by 6 p.m.; sections 16 to 37, inclusive, and Committee Stage by 8.30 p.m., and Report and Final Stages by 10.30 p.m.

Where proceedings have not concluded by the stated time, they shall be brought to a conclusion by one question which shall be put from the Chair and which shall in relation to amendments, include only amendments set down by the Minister for Industry and Commerce.
