Question:325 Mr. Sheehan asked the Minister for Education when approval will issue and funds be provided for the erection of two additional classrooms and other improvement works at the convent primary school, Schull, County Cork.

I have recently approved a permanent extension to Schull convent national school, County Cork containing two classrooms and essential improvements to the existing building.
I have asked my Department's architects to put the necessary planning in hands and to contact the school authorities in this regard.
