143 Mr. Cosgrave asked the Minister for the Environment if he has received a proposal from Dublin County Council or Dublin Corporation for a sewerage scheme for St. Michael's Cottages, Hole in the Wall, Balgriffin, Dublin 13; when it is proposed to make funds available for this much needed scheme; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
