Question:71 Mr. Finucane asked the Minister for Finance the reason for the delay in issuing a C2 form to a person (details supplied) in County Limerick; and when the form will issue.

I have been advised by the Revenue Commissioners that the company's agent submitted an application for a C2 certificate on 12 June 1990. Before an application for such a certificate can be considered certain information must be supplied to the inspector of taxes. Despite protracted correspondence in this case all of the required information has not been received yet by the inspector. On receipt of the required information the matter will be considered further.
