Vol. 402 No. 5

Written Answers. - County Wexford Property.

Ivan Yates

Question:

88 Mr. Yates asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if there has been any price reduction to any of the allottees of the Land Commission estate (details supplied) in County Wexford; and if this will apply equally to all present and previous allottees of this estate; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

As the determination of the price at which land is allotted is a matter reserved by law to the Land Commissioners I have no function in the matter.

I understand however that, on review, the prices of certain allotments on this estate were reduced. Any application for a reduction will be considered on its merits.
